What does eye-care technology mean on this LED pendant?
The anti-glare diffuser spreads light softly and evenly, reducing harsh brightness and visual strain — ideal for long meals, work beneath the light, or spaces where you spend extended time.
Which size should I choose for my dining table?
As a guide, use the D40 cm for tables up to 90 cm wide, D50 cm for tables 90-120 cm wide, and D60 cm for tables 120 cm or wider, or for large open-plan spaces.
Is a remote control always included?
The remote is included on remote-variant models only. The 3-colour-changeable variant uses a wall-switch toggle method instead of a remote. Check the variant you select.
How high above a table should I hang this pendant?
We recommend hanging the ring approximately 75-90 cm above a dining table or kitchen island for optimal task lighting. Adjust the cable to suit your ceiling height and personal preference.
Can I replace the LED when it eventually fails?
The LED is integrated and designed for a very long operating life (typically 20,000+ hours). It is not user-replaceable; however, under normal domestic use this is rarely required within the fixture's lifespan.
Does it work with my country's voltage?
The pendant works on standard AC mains voltages used worldwide. Please check the variant specification for your region's voltage requirements before ordering.
