Installation Type: Hardwired Surface-Mount (Ceiling or Wall)

1. Turn off the circuit breaker controlling the fixture location before beginning work.

2. Hold the iron mounting base against the ceiling or wall and mark the screw hole positions.

3. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if mounting on drywall, plaster, or masonry surfaces.

4. Connect the fixture wires to the supply — live to live, neutral to neutral, and ground to ground using approved wire connectors.

5. Secure the iron base to the ceiling or wall using the provided screws, tucking all wiring behind the base plate.

6. Carefully attach the hand-blown glass shade to the base, ensuring it seats securely and evenly.

7. If using the bulb-included option, the G9 5W bulb is already in place. For the no-bulb option, insert your G9 bulb of choice.

8. Restore power and test. Handle the glass shade gently during installation — each piece is hand-blown and uniquely fragile.

Glass Shade: Dust with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For thorough cleaning, use a microfiber cloth dampened with warm water and a small drop of mild glass cleaner. Dry immediately to prevent water spots. Never use abrasive scrubbers.

Iron Base: Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid moisture on the iron surface to prevent oxidation. If any rust spots appear, gently rub with fine steel wool and apply a clear coat sealant.

G9 Bulb: Turn off power and allow the bulb to cool before handling. Replace with a standard G9 bulb when brightness diminishes. The G9 socket is compatible with LED and halogen options.

Mounting Hardware: Check screws annually to ensure the fixture remains securely attached, especially in high-traffic areas like hallways and entryways.

General Care: Always turn off the power supply before any cleaning or bulb replacement. Each glass shade is hand-blown — handle with care, and note that subtle variations in color and texture are hallmarks of artisan craftsmanship.
