Installation Type: Hardwired Ceiling-Mounted Pendant

1. Turn off the circuit breaker controlling the installation location. Verify power is off using a non-contact voltage tester.

2. Secure the ceiling mounting bracket to the junction box using the supplied hardware. For the 3-head configuration, ensure the junction box and ceiling support are rated for the total fixture weight (approximately 6 kg).

3. Connect the fixture wires: match Live (L) to Live, Neutral (N) to Neutral, and Ground to Ground. Secure all connections with wire nuts and wrap with electrical tape.

4. If using the DALI controller, connect it per the included wiring diagram between the dimmer circuit and the fixture leads.

5. Adjust the suspension cable to your desired hanging height. Thread excess cable into the canopy to keep the installation clean.

6. Attach the rattan shade to the light socket assembly. Handle the woven shade carefully to avoid bending or deforming the natural rattan fibres.

7. Restore power and test all lighting modes (Warm, Cool, Tricolour) and the DALI dimming function to verify proper operation.

Note: Professional electrician installation is recommended. Handle the rattan shade with clean, dry hands to prevent oil transfer onto the natural fibres.

Dusting: Use a soft feather duster or dry microfiber cloth weekly to remove dust from the woven rattan surface. Work along the weave pattern to avoid snagging individual fibres.

Deep Cleaning: For stubborn spots, lightly dampen a cloth with plain water and gently dab the area. Do not soak the rattan — excess moisture can cause warping, swelling, or mould growth in natural fibre.
