The chandelier is wonderful, it arrived intact with all the components. BUT they sent the wrong color of lampshades - we ordered blue ones, but received transparent ones. What should I do? How can I return it?

I received my package in good condition. but i have to give 1 star because of the courier service you use: pdn express. please stop using this company. they are impossible to reach by phone or email, and the delivery experience was extremely frustrating. just look at their trustpilot reviews. they are so overwhelmingly negative that it is beyond words. my experience was clearly not an isolated incident. i understand you may say the courier is beyond your control, but choosing which courier you work with is entirely your decision. by continuing to use pdn express, you are giving your customers a poor delivery experience before they even receive their order. i hope you will seriously reconsider your choice of delivery partner.
