(Because the radar induction ceiling has a large sensing range and high sensitivity, no one should pass around the room when you test, so that the test can be accurate)
If the light still doesn't turn off properly during the phone recording, please send us a video and we will provide you with new solutions.
2. If the received product is damaged or cannot light up normally after being powered on, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will verify that if it is a product quality issue, we will send you a new lamp as a replacement.
3. If the light does not light up after being powered on. Please first check if the test was conducted in a dimly lit environment at night. Is the lamp installed vertically on the ceiling. (Because if the lamp is installed on a wall and not perpendicular to the ground, the sensing effect will be affected.)
