Place the solar panel in a location receiving at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day — the top of a fence, in open garden ground, or on an exposed patio works well. Switch the string lights on using the solar panel's toggle. Drape the LED string around trees, pergolas, railings, bushes, or along balcony edges. Press the mode button to cycle through the 8 lighting modes. Allow 24-48 hours of sunlight exposure for a full first charge. No electrician, no outdoor outlet, no cord management required.

Clean the solar panel every 1-2 months with a soft, damp cloth — dust, pollen, and bird droppings reduce charging efficiency. Wipe the string lights gently with a dry cloth. Avoid pressure washers, chemical cleaners, and abrasive materials. Although IP54-rated, we recommend bringing the lights indoors during extreme weather such as prolonged heavy snow or hurricanes to prolong lifespan.
